I am grateful and thankful for having the opportunity prepare the most nutritious international foods with locally grown fresh ingredients. Mother nature has provided all the herbs, nuts, seeds, legumes, grains, cereals, vegetables and fruits needed to maintain a healthy, peaceful and long-lasting life. Why would we have it any other way?
As a Raw Vegan Chef my goal is not to minimize the nutrients found in the different forms of the Raw Vegan food I prepare. Pre-activating, soaking, pre-sprouting, culturing and fermenting all nuts, seeds, legumes, grains, cereals and some vegetables will boost its nutrition value and will provide us with energy, nutrients and the digestive enzymes we need as human beings.
Our foods are prepared with simplicity in mind, just like mother nature intended. Once you’ve tried Raw you cant go wRAWng!
